The historic Richelieu site of Paris's Bibliotheque Nationale de France (BNF) will reopen its doors on September 17 after 12 years of renovation. It will be "a completely new relationship with the public," says Laurence Engel, president of the BNF, adding that the library's main new features will include "access to all" and entry to its museum.
