The very first Roundnet World Championship takes place in the park of Molenheide, near Genk, northeast Belgium. In this new sport, players team up to slap a ball into a small trampoline, aiming to put it beyond reach of their opponents. Having been postponed in 2020 due to Covid, the event finally took place, drawing teams from 33 countries and every continent.
