"I’ve got an iPad, a very thick winter coat, some spaghetti... I’m kind of hoping that will be enough to get me through" explains Fiona Campbell-Bell who has just arrived at Southwark Park like thousands of others to start queuing to access to Westminster Hall where Queen Elizabeth II lies in state.
