Description

Former France and Paris Saint-Germain player Aminata Diallo has been charged with aggravated violence and "criminal association" over an attack on teammate Kheira Hamraoui last November. Diallo was driving Hamraoui home when the star midfielder was pulled from a car by masked men and beaten with a metal bar. The prosecutor's office in Versailles, near Paris, called for Diallo, 27, to be placed in pre-trial detention. Police arrested her and took her into custody early Friday morning.
