When asked if 2023 is to be the year Sweden and Finland join the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, alliance Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg says he "expects so", whilst refusing to "guarantee the exact date", and calls on the Turkish and Hungarian Parliaments to "finalise the accession process and to ratify the accession protocol".
