Thousands attend a solidarity rally in London in support of unprecedented anti-regime protests in Iran which began after the September 16 death in custody of Kurdish-Iranian Mahsa Amini after she was arrested by morality police. The rally also marks the third anniversary of the downing of Ukrainian passenger jet flight PS752, which was shot down shortly after take-off from Tehran's Imam Khomeini airport, killing all 176 people on board.
