Ukrainians visit the Central Post Office in Kyiv to exchange regular light bulbs with energy-saving LED lamps as part of an EU-funded project to help with energy shortages caused by Russian strikes. 'It is a very good action (initiative) for Ukraine now. It is necessary action in our very difficult conditions now' says Olena, 50.
