Revellers smeared with 'Gulal' or coloured powder as they celebrate Holi, the Hindu spring festival of colours, at Dauji temple in Baldeo village, some 26 km from Mathura. "We experience colourful rain as we celebrate Holi in the Braj region. It’s the time when even the gods join in the festivities here in Dauji Temple," says festival goer, Anoop Kumar.
