In a laboratory in the Paris region, the French mining group Eramet is preparing its shift towards the critical metals of the energy transition, such as nickel, cobalt and lithium. In Trappes, the stages of separating the metals from used car batteries are being tested. The aim is to recycle and reuse them to make new batteries.
