Residents of Alishang district in eastern Afghanistan mourn the death of a child and try to clear the rubble of their homes after a 6.5 magnitude earthquake struck the country as well as Pakistan and parts of India on Tuesday evening. In Afghanistan, officials reported four dead, including the child, and 75 injured -- but phone and internet links to remote parts of the country had been severed and communication patchy.
