In a sit-down interview with AFP during a state visit to China, Nanaia Mahuta, the Foreign Minister of New Zealand says she raised concerns over China's human rights abuses and the war in Ukraine with her Chinese counterpart, Qin Gang. Mahuta says that New Zealand "urged China to use its influence with Russia to see the withdrawal of troops and ceasing of war".
