Over 200 houses and a dozen streets have been flooded in the eastern Ukrainian town of Kramatorsk, according to local officials. A dam was partially destroyed due to heavy snowfall, releasing water onto the streets. To minimise the flooding, municipal workers are putting up concrete barriers and clearing out water channels.
