According to police, the shooting happened near Gilbert and Germann roads around 3 p.m. One victim, later identified as 37-year-old Christopher Pelkey, was shot and pronounced dead at the hospital. Upon arrival, police found a male suspect, identified as 50-year-old Gabriel Paul Horcasitas, in possession of a firearm, police said.
