Antonio Guterres, the UN Secretary-general visits a camp for internally displaced people in Baidoa, Somalia. He speaks to the families living in makeshift shelters in the camp through a translator. He appeals to the international community "to solve the humanitarian drama that we can witness in the camp like this and support to the Somalis in creating the conditions to build resilience of their population." The visit comes in the wake of "five consecutive years of drought" and an ongoing security crisis due to a bloody Islamist insurgency. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
