The Defence Ministers of Spain, France and Germany present the contract for the Future Combat Air System (FCAS/NWGS) at the Headquarters of the Spanish Air and Space Forces in Madrid. Margarita Robles, Spain's Minister of Defence, along with her French counterpart, Sébastien Lecornu, and Germany's Boris Pistorius, signed the contract to demonstrate the shared will to accelerate this emblematic programme of European cooperation.
