Civil Security is training for three days in Seine-et-Marne in preparation for the 2024 Olympic Games and the Rugby World Cup in 2023. The exercise is called "Héraclès 2023". The National Gendarmerie, the Army, the National Police, the fire brigade and the Civil Security training and intervention units participate in three days of drills which include a white water rescue scenario, a flood control following a crowd movement on the river banks and a chemical and biological attack exercise.
