Description
The annual lantern parade for Buddha’s Birthday at the end of May takes place in central Seoul, back to its original scale after four years of downsized celebrations due to Covid-19.
Called Yeondeunghoe in Korean, the festival is listed by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
