The UK Court of Appeal found that Rwanda cannot be considered a 'safe third country' as it stands, having identified 'a real risk that people sent to Rwanda would be returned to their country of origin'. "We are sure and certain that the country is safe, we will examine the copy of the judgement in detail, and see what the judges based their conclusion on. And we're sure we can prove the opposite," says Rwandan government deputy spokesman Alain Mukuralinda. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
