SHORT PROFILE of Macky Sall, President of Senegal, as he prepares to make a long-awaited announcement on national TV Monday night, on whether he plans to seek a controversial third term. Sall, 61, was first elected in 2012 for a seven-year term and again in 2019 for a five-year term, following a constitutional revision stipulating that a president cannot serve more than two terms.
