Description
Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban arrive for a round-table discussion at a summit on migration, hosted in Vienna. Speaking at a press conference, Orban rails against an EU plan to share the hosting of asylum seekers more equally across Europe, saying "we won't accept the mandatory quota, nor the obligation to set up migrant ghettoes and camps either". Hungary has long been opposed to accepting asylum seekers, but -- along with Poland -- were outvoted on the EU plan. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
