Dozens of protesters gather outside the Supreme Electoral Court in Guatemala City demanding for the presidential election results to be respected. The results of the first round were being held up in courts amid allegations of irregularities, but are now officially valid, according to the Supreme Electoral Tribunal. However, just hours earlier an anti-corruption prosecutor, announced that at his request a criminal court has disqualified the party of one of the candidates, raising new uncertainty in Guatemalan politics.
