At the beginning of Russian invasion of Ukraine, 27-year-old engineer Maxim Sheremet created what he calls a "Drone Lab," a workshop that builds drones and UAVs that are then used by the Ukrainian Army. "We have a well-established production process, a line for the production of kamikaze drones, attack drones, reconnaissance UAVs, kamikaze UAVs, and we have several employees who train new people," he says. The Drone Lab currently has a team of 20 engineers and more than 100 volunteers.
