Description
As the hustle and bustle of Fashion Month gets underway, 'street stitchers' sit outside Primark in Bromley, UK, mending their clothes to challenge fast-fashion culture. Launched by Suzi Warren in 2021, the event now takes place several times a year in nearly 60 cities across the UK in order to educate passers-by. The stitchers also keep a QR code with them that gives the public access to online mending tutorials. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
