Ecuador's youngest-ever president-elect, Daniel Noboa, vows after his electoral victory to work to "restore peace" to the South American country in the grips of a bloody drug gang war. His purpose, Noboa tells supporters in his home town of Olon in the southwest, is "to restore peace... to bring back education to the youth" and create jobs, as he vows that "tomorrow we begin to work for that new Ecuador."
