Description
In Saint-Martin-Vésubie, a commune in the Alpes-Maritime region, a temporary bridge put in place after storm Alex was submerged and 30 metres of pavement ripped up by the Vésubie river, whose flow rate has risen from 60 to 200 m2/sec. This comes as the depression Aline is hitting the Alpes-Maritimes department, which is on red alert for rain and flooding. Two empty buses parked nearby were swept away. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
