Description
Bernal-Sosa is accused of shooting and killing Leah Gomez, the mother of his 1YO daughter. Gomez’ family had hoped he would plead guilty at today’s pre-trial hearing, but he refused, and a trial date was set. Gomez’ family and friends erupted in anger, shouting as he was led out of the courtroom.
