Independent tunnelling expert Arnold Dix, who is overseeing the rescue of the 41 men trapped in a Himalayan road tunnel in India's Uttrakhand state says that the incident should serve as a "lesson" for India and the world as emergency workers struggled to free the trapped workers on Day 12. "What we'll see from this event is that India and the world will learn some new lessons and we'll do it better," said Arnold Dix, independent tunnelling expert and part of the Indian government’s rescue operation.
