Description
Former European Council president Donald Tusk is sworn in as Poland's new prime minister by the country's President Andrzej Duda, putting an end to eight years of right-wing populist rule. Tusk, who previously served as prime minister in 2007-2014, has pledged to restore Poland's position in the European Union after rule-of-law infringements strained Warsaw ties with Brussels. "I can still promise here, before the president and all Poles, that my government will remain faithful to the constitution," Tusk says. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
