Description
At the Heron farm in Pire-Chance, northwestern France, Adele Lebrun, Corentin Rupin and Louisanne Garros, three young workers in their thirties, joined forces two years ago to set up an organic farm with 220 goats. In a bid for more autonomy and work-life balance in their farming careers, they sell their milk and cheeses directly and are also diversifying their products, so as 'not to put all their eggs in one basket.'
