Peter M. Wagner, head of the Support Group for Ukraine at the European Commission, along with other EU representatives, visits the Peremoha residential area in Dnipro where a high-rise building was hit by a Russian missile on January 14th, 2023. The attack resulted in the deaths of 46 people, including 6 children, and left around 80 wounded.
