A collective of Greenpeace activists gather outside Mexico's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to hand over a petition signed by over 820,000 citizens, calling for a "plastic-free ocean". The protest takes place before the fourth Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee on Plastic Pollution, to be held in Ottawa, Canada, from April 23 to 29, 2024.
