While Haiti's political leaders have agreed to form a 22-month presidential transition council tasked with restoring order to the unstable Caribbean nation, residents of the capital, Port-au-Prince, say that nearly a month after the resignation of Prime Minister Ariel Henry, Haiti is sinking into misery and chaos. "Now that there's a kidnapping and a gang is claiming responsibility, we can no longer advise young people to stay," says Charles Jean Wilderson, a 38-year-old entrepreneur.
