Panama's presidential candidate for the Cambio Democratico party, Romulo Roux, says during an election rally in Panama City that he will not "interfere" in the case of former President Ricardo Martinelli (2009-2014), who was disqualified after being sentenced to nearly 11 years in prison for money laundering.
