British King Charles III's visit to a London cancer centre as his first official public appearance since being diagnosed with the disease and undergoing treatment was "very uplifting", the chief of the hospital group that hosted the royals says. Charles, 75, suspended public-facing duties in February after cancer was found while he was being treated for an enlarged prostate the previous month. "He looked very well and that's the way we want it to continue to be", says one royal fan outside. IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
