Description
Wearing a bulletproof vest and with a gun strapped to his waist, Constable Lennie McCloskey evicts insolvent tenants in the Phoenix area, a city where rents have skyrocketed since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, leaving an ever-increasing number of people in trouble. McCloskey, 68, who takes care of more than 200 evictions a month, says "it could be as little as three weeks and somebody could be out after they're late on their payment". IMAGES AND SOUNDBITES
