Iraqi Kurds pay their condolences to the relatives of a family that was aboard a sail boat that sank off the Italian coast overnight between Sunday and Monday June 17. Of the 11 family members, only three are known to have survived. "The decision was theirs and they wanted to travel like everyone else.
