Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi said during a visit to Austria on Wednesday that both countries stand ready to "provide all possible support" to "rapidly restore peace and stability" in Ukraine. Modi arrived in Vienna late on Tuesday after visiting Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow, where he urged "peace through dialogue", saying that "war cannot solve problems".
