Description
A court rules for one of three Bulgarian men who was detained for defacing the Paris Holocaust Memorial in mid-May to be released on bail, prior to his extradition trial. Georgy Filipov is wanted by France on a European Arrest Warrant for daubing 35 red hands on the memorial's Wall of the Righteous, which lists 3,900 people honoured for protecting Jews during the Nazi occupation of France in World War II.
