Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has criticised the International Olympic Committee's decision to allow some Russian athletes to compete at the Paris Games as neutrals. "Any country in the world can see that if there are athletes competing under the banner of neutrality today, they are athletes from Russia and Belarus.
