Description
Residents in the Russian city of Kursk inspect a ground-level bomb shelter installed on Monday August 26 on a main street. The city is the capital of the region of the same name, where a Ukrainian incursion has been ongoing for two weeks, forcing more than 133,000 people to flee. The concrete structure has appeared after Ukrainian strikes hit residential buildings in the city, with more shelters installed in cities in the region, including in Kurchatov, next to the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant.
