Hundreds in need of aid in flood-ravaged northeast Nigeria get help from the government of Borno State. Army trucks drive through heavily flooded areas of the capital Maiduguri, pulling some people to safety along the way. The state's governor, Babagana Umara Zulum, accompanying the aid convoy, also distributes aid packets to crowds of flood victims.
