Description
Hundreds in need of aid in flood-ravaged northeast Nigeria get help from the government of Borno State. Army trucks drive through heavily flooded areas of the capital Maiduguri, pulling some people to safety along the way. The state's governor, Babagana Umara Zulum, accompanying the aid convoy, also distributes aid packets to crowds of flood victims. The city is one of the hardest hit of the region, with at least 30 dead and 400, 000 forced from their homes.
