The new artwork on the fourth plinth of London's Trafalgar Square in unveiled. 'Mil Veces un Instante (A Thousand Times in an Instant)', by Teresa Margolles, is made up of the plaster casts of the faces of 726 trans, non-binary and gender non-conforming people, with the artist hoping that her work will raise awareness of the hate crime directed at the trans community in her home country, Mexico.
