'Management doesn't listen to its employees', says Clément Montigny, a programmer at Ubisoft in Montpellier. He is one of some fifty employees from the video games company's site in Montpellier taking part in a three-day strike, following the group's announcement in mid-September that they would be required to spend at least three days a week in the office. This strike, the second this year, comes at a time when the French video game giant is going through a difficult period, with sales down and the postponement of a major game, against a backdrop of rumours of a takeover of the company.
