Residents of Windhoek, the capital of Namibia share their views on the Southern African nation's election on November 27 which is set to be a tight contest for the ruling South West Africa People's Organisation (SWAPO). "We’ve seen under the SWAPO governances, are a mixture of both, good and bad," says Utjaerike Tjizoo, a student.
