Description
Oscar Camps, founder of NGO Open Arms, and Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini arrive in court in Palermo for the verdict of Salvini's long-running trial over blocking a migrant rescue ship at sea, for which he risks six years in jail. The far-right leader denies charges of abuse of office and the deprivation of liberty of 147 migrants on board the Open Arms charity ship in August 2019, when he was interior minister in a previous government.
