Colourful lights turn on in the 1920s-built Bloomsbury Ballroom, home to the London Cabaret Club, as a crew of 20-odd performers take to the stage for the final rehearsal of "Roxie Rocks Chicago". The show, inspired by the movie "Chicago", aims to do "completely the opposite of the musical", explains artistic director Doni Fierro.
