Description
High pressure will intensify today leading to sunny skies across central Ohio.
Sunshine is expected Mon-Wed, and as that ridge strengthens, temps will rise back into the 90s for Wed/Thu. In fact, the next 7 days will all be above average.
Burn bans have been issued across the area due to extreme drought conditions, so no burning whatsoever is allowed outside until further notice.
Our next chance of rain comes this upcoming weekend as potential tropical cyclone six is expected to strengthen into a hurricane before making landfall in Louisiana later this week. The remnants could bring some much-needed rain to Ohio this weekend, however, the track is still uncertain.
