CBS 8 followed up on an elderly couple from El Cajon who waited for the ashes of their pet, Sydney, a chihuahua mix, after sending her to Rainbow to Heaven, a Los Angeles-based pet cremation company. After months of waiting, they received Sydney's ashes, while other customers continue to wait for their pet's ashes.
