On Monday, Jan. 20, San Diego chefs and Chef Works will gather at Herb & Wood to raise money for World Central Kitchen and their efforts in the Los Angeles wildfires, feeding first responders, firefighters and evacuees. During this event, the chefs will serve guests their unique take on smash burgers, oysters, and fries.
