Description
Monday is the final day to register to vote if you want to receive a mail-in ballot for the November Presidential General Election.
If you are unsure if you are registered to vote, click here to check your registration status.
If you miss the deadline, you can still register in person at the Registrar's Office in Kearny Mesa. You can also visit a vote center starting Saturday, Oct. 26 to conditionally register and vote provisionally through Nov. 5.
You will need to register to vote if you are not already registered in San Diego County, if you have recently moved, or recently changed your name.
According to the county, if your signature is confirmed through records at the California Department of Motor Vehicles, your registration will automatically be sent to the Registrar’s office. If your signature is not confirmed, you can print the form, sign it and return it to the Registrar’s office by 5 p.m. on Oct. 21.
